Problem

Fan communities (anime/creator scenes) had no simple way to run real-world meetups, ticketed events, group buys, and fundraisers — organizing, ticketing, and collecting money were scattered across tools.

What I built

A working events platform where organizers list and run offline social events — casual meetups, QR-ticketed events with waitlists, group buys, concerts, and fundraisers — with multi-currency and multi-language support. A populated marketplace, many events sold out with active waitlists.

Problem

On X (Twitter), it's hard to tell which “creators” are real human artists versus impersonators or bots — a real trust and authenticity gap for the art community.

What I built

A published Chrome extension that overlays community-driven verification indicators directly on X profiles, so users can see which creators are real human artists. Backed by a Supabase backend serving read-only, publicly contributed data. Privacy-first — no personal data collected or sold.

Problem

VTuber fan communities want high-quality merch but lack a trusted, scaled way to design, produce, and ship it worldwide — with proceeds flowing back to the talents and artists, not middlemen.

What I built

A live, multi-currency storefront that designs, produces, and fulfills fanmade apparel worldwide as a not-for-profit — any accidental profit is shared back to talents, artists, and community giveaways. Dozens of releases across major VTuber communities, many sold out.
